Real Estate Advisors The client has a variety of domestic and international capital sources interested in investing in commercial and residential real estate in the US. Consulting focus: Identify and introduce client to finance and real estate entities with local knowledge of markets and of properties not on the market in need of capital investment.

Real Estate Company The client had a very large real estate holding in Mexico that it was looking to develop with a joint venture partner. Consulting focus: Identify, meet, and negotiate with prospective JV partners for this $200-$500mm project.

Health Care Real Estate Company The early stage health design and development company needed structuring and validation of its business model. Consulting focus: Through research, evaluations, and introductions to CEO's in potential market veriticals, we were able to structure two primary growth strategies.

Financial Services Company  The company, Star Harbor Capital, needed to bring on a partner to develop an operations infrastructure and a sales and marketing program. Consulting focus: Worked as a partner with the founding team to analyze and model various potential operational structures of the company and prospective acquisitions, developed and presented deal opportunities to potential third party capital sources, and worked to develop growth strategies for the company.

 

 

Health Care Company As part of its strategic planning, the client wanted to explore new revenue opportunities through growth.
